I’m assuming this is a scam company because I’ve done everything I can to make a purchase for over a week, day after day; trying to put the order in and continue to receive a message that says:
“Your payment cannot be processed now, Please select a different card or payment method to try again.” It also gives me this message when I tried to add the coupon code they sent me today to get an extra discount: “Enter a valid discount code”. This whole cat and mouse game is getting old.
I have waited a month to get 2 cards from this site. I have e-mailed them twice and they never have a tracking number. Total scam!
I ordered $37 worth of merchandise from the Sonorous site advertised on Facebook on March 1, 2023. I still have not received any of the products.
I wrote to complain, inquire and was told my items had been delivered. They have not, at least not to me.
