received a 2nd order from tartepl web site page — the 1st order-2 pr- were EU 43 with it sewed into inside shoe – Iordered US 10.5 -they were 9.5 or 8.5 – gave them away – ordered better 1s -3 pr- and received them and lable said EU 43 / US 8.5 – am disputing the last order and —- after checking it appears the company orders shoes from China and use adifferent chart that says that US 10.5 is a EU 43 ——— iWOULD ASSUME EVERY ORDER THRU THIS SITE BY aMERICANS ARE all WRONG SIZE ———— doubt if i get money back but CREDIT CARD says 59 days for the process —- it is sad as the last 1s were worth the $40 and needed them for walking
I ordered shoes on the 18th of October … paid for them and shipping. Order #18850. I still have not received them.. If I would of known a head of time that it was a scam I wouldn’t of wasted my money.
