Fetchek is totally bogus. I ordered a product from them in early Oct 2022. I received a totally unrelated product worth a fraction of the item that I ordered. When I contacted them they promised to correct the mistake and send the product that I paid for. Back and forth they never sent it but offered to refund 50% of my money because they had incurred so much expense shipping the wrong item to me. I said no thank you, then they asked if 70% was OK. Basically they kept stalling until the 90 day period for credit card disputes expired. Do Not deal with these folks.

Ordered a$50 rain barrel in Oct, in Dec received a cheap womans top, requested refund and many attempts to reship the rain barrel and it kept getting lost by the postal service (lie) they have a tracking system set up that they can manipulate to keep the process dragging out.
