They offered me a small refund and keep the sweaters. I refused and asked them again to give me instructions how to return them for a full refund, but they would not. I finally agreed to a refund of $40, 1/2 of what I spent. They did refund $40 and told me to keep both sweaters. Better than losing $80, but not good customer service. I think Lsoru is a SCAM. I shall never order there again.
