Responses from this email have been good- however the issue:
I ordered an item, the item was lost in shipment and resent- once received- it was the wrong item—extremely frustrating and wrong. So Moroshirt has communicated they want to pay me $10 of the total and I keep the item. NO ONE WANTS THE ITEM but to send back the item means I need to pay out of pocket for shipping-which i won’t do that. Overall- This has been a horrible experience and one that I won’t ever repeat with this company. I won’t spend another dime with them!
