i received my shoes 2/12/23. the toe box was way too narrow. i asked to send them back for a refund and was told i could keep the shoes and they would give me a 15% refund which they upped to 30%. their site says “our guarantee here at the orthofit means if you are not satisfied with your order let us know within 30 days and we will give you a stress-free refund.” i was told if i wanted a full refund to mail them back to china. that would cost more than the shoes. they are a scam, dishonest company and i advise you to never purchase anything from them. i am furious at their dishonesty.
This is a scam. They tell you you can return the items. When you try, they tell you to take a picture and then they tell you to keep the product and they’ll refund 10%. When you refuse that offer, they tell you they don’t have an option to return in the US so you have to ship it to China at your own expense. Then they offer you 30% off to keep the product. When you refuse that, they tell you you have to return them to China, pay the shipping, and they have to get them within 30 days of when you got them or no refund. By this time you have already spend a week going round and round with them and the chances of the product making it to China within that time frame are nil.
