I mistakenly purchased quite a large amount of clothes that costed a large sum of money to there store. Since purchasing from thier store they have lowered prices, changed the logo of thier store, they have replied to me with emails that are seemed to be copy and pasted as i’ve recieved the same two emails when i try to reach them which they take thier time to respond too. I’ve been waiting approx 20 days, not including just business days, so we will round it down to 14 days or so. Still by then, they are having to under go an international order for my package, however, my order is still on the awaiting shipment phase/payed phase, it’s not in transit or nothing. The website says it takes 5-7 days to process order. But, it’s been double that. I’m worried im going to lose a large sum of money due to my silly mistake of seeing some cheaper clothing that looked good and my wants got in the way of my needs. I can send you some of the emails if that would help otherwise that’s it, fingers crossed i get my order.
